Ms. Fraser has been in the catering industry for the past twelve years with her experience starting in the hotel business for Doubletree and Promus Hotel brands. She spent three years as Catering Director of Sweetwater Country Club with a focus on the social market and member service. With a degree from the University of Texas in Advertising combined with her hands on culinary marketing and wedding planning experience she brings a new and fresh perspective to cake consultation.
